Facebook may expand to under 13 year olds as the site creates parental supervisions that would let parents decide who their kids could “friend,” what apps their children can use, and even charge parents directly for entertainment. This would open up tons of opportunities for marketers and prevent the problem of kids and tweens lying about their age to access the site. (WSJ)
