The Fresh Princess book series is breathing new life into Will Smith’s iconic ‘90s character. Destiny is an ambitious girl with the same high-energy personality as the original Fresh Prince of Bel-Air —and she’s in the same predicament of moving to a new neighborhood. Will Smith himself is in on the nostalgic project, saying that, “I know all of my children would have loved Fresh Princess growing up, and being a father who raised a strong daughter I know how important it is to see that type of strength depicted in stories.” (EW)
