Uniqlo’s logo-less look is making headway in U.S.

Uniqlo’s logo-less look is making headway in U.S. cities. The Japanese retailer known for basics that outlast than fast fashion pieces is seeing success in urban areas like New York and San Francisco, with year-over-year revenues outside of their home country rising 62% in 2018. One retail consultant captures the brand’s appeal to minimalist Millennials: “We went through a period where the logo was dying and nobody wanted to wear a big logo and advertise for the brand…That’s the Uniqlo customer.” (The Atlantic)
