Vegan brands are winning over the next generation of grocery shoppers on college campuses.

Vegan brands are winning over the next generation of grocery shoppers on college campuses. Yale added Beyond Meat to student meal plans, UC Berkeley and Cornell both stock Just Inc.’s egg-free mayonnaise, and more college campuses are making vegan options available for a generation that’s increasingly interested in cutting back on animal products.
