Discovery is turning hit TV shows like The Deadliest Catch into video games. The media giant is launching Discovery Game Studios to “create, license, and distribute” games for PC, mobile, and console. Several titles are already available for download, like Shark Week and Gold Rush-inspired games, while ones based on Naked & Afraid, Moonshiners, and more are in the works—all to cash in on young gamers that have leveled up the industry’s revenues to record-setting highs.
