Nestle’s Awesome Burger is here to take over the fake meat market. Impossible and Beyond Burger scaled from indie brands to being on the menus of everywhere from Burger King to Momofuku. But now, a brand with deeper pockets is ready to oust them and win over flexitarian young consumers.
