Everlane is proudly showing stretch marks in their new underwear line’s marketing campaign. They’re following in The Body Positive path set by Aerie, and decidedly pushing back against Victoria’s Secret-style tactics, touting that “Underwear should be made for you. But for decades, it’s been designed with someone else in mind.” Everlane has nixed airbrushing and is showing women of different sizes, but some think they’re not going far enough. The line maxes out at XL, which one professor says, “still all falls within a fairly limited range of bodies.” (WP)
