PR veteran Rachel Krup says her new venture is like “Whole Foods and 7-Eleven had a baby.”  The Goods Mart, recently opened in California, looks like your traditional convenience store but all the usual grab-and-go basics are free of artificial colors, sweeteners, and flavors, as well as growth hormones or disruptors. All stocked items were chosen with the assistance of a registered dietician and iPads at the checkout help socially-conscious young consumers learn about each brand’s mission. (Fast Company)
