Adidas is going zero-waste for environmentally-conscious young consumers, vowing to switch to recycled plastics by 2024. They’ll no longer purchase “virgin” plastics for everything from their products to their offices and warehouses, saving an estimated 40 tons of plastic annually. Millennials & Gen Z are pushing brands to be zero-waste, and in our Causes to Crises trend, 72% of 13-35-year-olds told us that brands have just as much responsibility as people to get involved with social causes.
