Carnival is hoping to attract tech-savvy Millennials by creating the ultimate personalized experience. At CES this week the cruise line operator is unveiling new concierge technology that will help cruise employees “anticipate and respond to passengers’ needs.” Tracking medallions will send passengers’ information to sensors throughout the ship, allowing for tailored service like favorite drinks being served without asking, rooms unlocking as they approach, personalized greetings from staff, and more.
