It looks like Millennials are more loyal to their jobs than previously thought. According to a new report by The Conference Board, 44% of Millennial leaders say they could see themselves working for their companies for more than 15 years, compared to 29% of non-Millennial leaders. While the difference is certainly related to older generations’ desires to retire sooner, the results contradict conventional wisdom: Millennial leaders are just as “engaged” and interested in committing to their jobs as other age groups.
