McDonald’s has created new Big Macs just for Millennials. Last year it was reported that only 20% of Millennials had ever tried Big Mac, highlighting how competitive the fast food market has become as young consumers are continuing to opt towards fresher options like Shake Shack. In response, the restaurant has now released two new choices: “a smaller version, known as the Mac Jr. and a gargantuan one, the Grand Mac,” following the trend of brands shrinking down indulgent products. They are also experimenting with replacing frozen beef with fresh. (TheStreet)
