One survey finds that 91% of college seniors believe they will get the job they want. But thanks to their high student debt levels, wage expectations are high, and employers are also seeking nearly 40% more STEM majors than the Class of 2017 has to offer. Luckily, Gen Z grads are flexible in their job hunts: 81% would take a job un-related to their major, 71% would consider an unpaid internship, and 58% don’t mind working nights and weekends.
