The co-living trend continues to grow. Major developer PMG is building a series of adult dorms—co-living havens for the “modern young professional.” The first complex is in Chicago and everything—from the common kitchens to the armrest-less deck chairs—is designed with social interaction in mind. Tenants can live in large three or four-bedroom apartments with shared living spaces and kitchens, or opt for a micro-studio. Pre-furnished, with bi-weekly cleaning, and apps for entering in lieu of keys, these luxury dorms are popping up from PMG in Miami, Brooklyn, and Denver to start. (Fast Company)
