Millennials are finding it hard to fly to their friends’ weddings, but they might be invited on the honeymoon. Wedding expenses are at an all-time high, reaching $35,329 last year across the U.S., and couples are taking out wedding loans to pay for their guests. But even then, not all those invited are filling out the seating chart when the big day comes. Almost 40% of Millennials told Priceline.com they’ve skipped a wedding because of the cost of attendance, mostly citing travel and accommodation expenses.
