Speaking of Disney, they’re bringing back a revamped version of Bug Juice, their popular late ‘90s docu-series. Millennials will remember the original, which began airing in 1998 and was Disney’s first-ever unscripted series, following a group of pre-teens at summer camp. The reboot is slated for early 2018, and will join the current “a wave of unscripted kids content,” like Universal Kids’ Top Chef Jr. and Bristow Global Media’s It’s My Party. The documentary-style show will follow 10-12-year-old kids on their way to Camp Waziyatah—and presumably, adolescence. (Kidscreen, Variety)
