Lord of the Rings fandom rejoice: the classic story might be coming to Amazon as an original show. Talks between Amazon, Warner Bros. Television, and the J.R.R. Tolkien estate are “in very early stages,” but also reveal a broader plan for Amazon to cull their indie content and make more mainstream hits.
