Nearly half of Gen Z tried a new produce item because of social media. It’s not only protein content that’s swaying what Gen Z eats! While Boomers still lead spending on fresh produce, Millennials and Gen Z are quickly ramping up their fruit and vegetable buyingβ€”and it is in part thanks to social media.
