The latest must-have toy is NeeDoh, a squishy stress-ball cube. Since NeeDoh launched in 2017, they have amassed viral popularity among every demographic from adults to tweens. Some toy stores have taken to sharing products they carry similar to NeeDoh in attempts to meet demand, but those alternatives don’t seem to cut it for young consumers. The frenzy behind the $6 squishy toy seems to have actually made a status symbol out of NeeDoh. And while NeeDoh is particularly desirable among Gen Alpha, young adults are also buying in on the craze—keeping up with their long-standing kidulting trend.
