Our Hispanic Millennial Snapshot report uncovered differences between the massive consumer group and their non-Hispanic peers, and it looks like disparities exist in the way they approach health habits as well. According to a new study, most Hispanic Millennials report exercising and being consciousness of what they eat to manage their health, however they are not as likely to count calories or avoid over-processed foods as non-Hispanic Millennials. They also understand that cooking meals at home was the healthier option, but eat fast food once a week on average, more often than all other ethnic groups. (Houston Chronicle)
