TikTok has been shaping wedding trends for young brides and grooms for years now, and wedding content like behind-the-scenes-photos and lip-synced videos with the wedding party has become more normalized than ever. Just look at Gen Z’s favorite 28-year-old influencer bride who shared her whole wedding on TikTok in real time. Now, to make sure they get enough social content, some Gen Z and Millennial couples are hiring content creators to film “raw, vertical footage of the wedding festivities.” While plenty still use typical videographers, content creators are sometimes the budget-friendly option to film the whole day or to capture a particular moment.
