Gen Z is willing to give up remote work to score a job. According to a report from career platform Flexa, in March, 12% fewer Gen Z prioritized location flexibility compared to earlier in the year, making them the least likely age group to want fully remote roles—only 24% expressed interest compared to 35% of Gen X.
