Gen Z has brought fur back into style. Wearing real fur went mostly out of vogue years ago, marked especially by Gucci leading major brands to swear off using it. But the look of wearing fur is coming back big time—meaning faux furs are dominating fashion. Though this also poses some ethical dilemmas, mainly being made of plastic fibers, brands are seeing incredibly high-quality faux fur staying in circulation longer than old, clearly synthetic items.
