Millennial experts are advising brands on how to keep young workers happy—and some are charging $20,000 an hour. The new crop of employees has shaken up the workplace, and brands have struggled to manage. Research has shown that U.S. companies—like Oracle, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc., and HBO—spent between $60 million to $70 million on “generational consulting” in 2015. One consultant, and her Millennial daughter, charge up to $25,000 for keynotes and advice on managing Millennials, telling brands like Google that “no one cares about foosball tables” when they hate their jobs.
