Studies are showing Millennials’ passion for cooking, and their willingness to be more “adventuresome” in the kitchen than previous generations. Their interest in cooking could be contributing to their desire for organic foods, which over half of 18-29-year-olds say they are actively trying to include in their diets. But of course, they have their own approach to the kitchen: 60% of 18-34-year-olds cook recipes found on their phones and tablets, at times learning through video instead of written text. In fact, searches for “best recipes” on YouTube increased 48% between 2014 and 2015. (Forbes)
