Millennials are working to satisfy their wanderlust. A recent survey from FlexJobs.com reveals that seven in ten Millennials say travel is one of their primary reasons for working—while only 47% of Boomers feel the same. The motivator came in second to paying for basic necessities. The survey also found that flexibility is crucial for working Millennials: 20% would take steep pay cuts for more flexibility at work, 34% have left a job that didn’t provide enough flexibility, and currently 24% are on the hunt for a job with better flexibility.
