Another study is shattering stereotypes about Millennials in the workplace: turns out they’re not lazier than everyone else. It has been believed that Boomers are more likely to think of work as a “fulfilling part of life,” while Millennials strive for a better work-life balance and are less likely to “subscribe to the strong work ethic.” But a group of researchers from Radford University looked into a number of studies on work ethic and when factoring in “age, family commitments, and hours of work” were unable to find any generational differences.
