Millennials are leaving car-shopping gender stereotypes in the past. A new Edmunds study reveals that Millennial men are more likely than older men to believe that the playing field is level when purchasing a car: 54% of Millennial men agree that women are equal or better than men at car shopping, compared to 48% of Boomer men, and 60% say that women are strong negotiators, compared to 49% of Boomer men. However, 30% of 18-65-year-old females are unsure of where to start with buying a car and 67% wish there was a faster, more efficient way, signifying a need for personalized shopping experiences.
