Riot Games has been named Inc.’s company of the year as they spearhead the reinvention of sports. The esports company has created a “massive niche” with their team-based game League of Legends, which has more than 100 million monthly users, and a virtual goods market expected to generate almost 1.6 billion in sales for Riot this year.
