Almost one-third of Millennials are planning to leave their jobs within six months, and it may be due to lack of feedback. A recent Clutch survey found that only 23% of Millennials say they are getting enough feedback, and of those who say they are receiving accurate and consistent comments, 72% find their job fulfilling. The survey also found that 47% of Millennials are placing value on diversity and inclusion when searching for jobs, and 27% say that those attributes improve overall business performance.
