Smart devices were on our list of trend predictions for 2015, and we’ve talked in the past about how the Internet of Things could be the next innovations to break Millennials’ tech malaise. Amazon Dash is the latest product that hints at what that smart, connected future could look like. Dash is a button that can be placed anywhere in the home, and when pressed will automatically reorder a specific product. Run out of Bounty paper towels, Lara bars, or Glad trash bags? Simply press the button and there are more on the way. Right now the service is invite only, but the concept could appeal to Millennials’ on-demand mentality, and we’re very curious to see what impact Dash could have once it’s in full swing. (Refinery29)
