Millennials know they need to invest for their retirement, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re doing it. A new survey from E*TRADE found that more than 80% say in order to have a successful retirement you need to save and invest in addition to your 401(k), but 39% have not created a savings and investment plan and they are more likely than other generations to have made an early withdrawal from their 401(k) account.
