Ypulse’s research shows that Millennials 13-33-years-old follow NFL Football more than any other sports league—and the NFL is asking these young fans to get more involved. In honor of “Back to Football” season, a campaign to break the Guinness World Record for the largest online photo album of people wearing sports gear has been launched. Participants can tag photos of themselves in their team gear with #NFLFanRecord to join in, and for a chance to win prizes. The campaign is another example of the crowd-powered marketing trend.
