Macy’s has a tech-forward new retail location, just in time for Black Friday. The Perry Ellis section of the brand’s Herald Square store has been outfitted with floating mirrors that display branded content when customers are near, phone charging stations, and multiple sections for “extended digital interactions.” We’re continuing to see futuristic tech make its way into stores, restaurants, and dressing rooms as retailers try to find digital innovations that make in-store as attractive and seamless as online and mobile.
