The campaign and her supporters are turning some of the Vice President’s viral moments, including awkward ones her opponents once used as “evidence of incompetence,” into relatable and humorous memes that are resonating with young voters. The Biden campaign’s official account on X has even rebranded to “Kamala HQ” with a brat themed profile picture following a post from Charli XCX herself saying “Kamala IS brat.” And while it remains uncertain which policies the Biden and Harris campaigns will have in common, young people are rallying around her ability to turn her online presence and even perceived flaws into a powerful asset.
