Still in Germany, the innovative credit score app Bonify is sparking debates around data privacy. A few months ago, the German credit agency Schufa launched Bonify, an app that promises instant credit checks with real-time alerts when transactions can damage credit scores. While consumer rights campaigners have data protection concerns, the app has already more than a million users. Bonify is even planning to introduce predictive technology next year, with a new score simulation feature that allows users to experiment with their future’s various financial scenarios. (Zeit)
