At the beginning of 2022, Gen Z and Millennials told YPulse that they were committed to improving their mental and physical health and they weren’t kidding! Now, it’s six months in to 2022 and health / being healthy is still top of mind for the vast majority and fitness is a direct contributor (in more ways than just one). But how does fitness look now that gyms are open? Has COVID forever-changed how and with whom they work out?

YPulse’s Fitness Report digs into how important fitness is to Gen Z and Millennials, what they are doing to work out, and where they are doing so.
