As we enter 2022, we’ve been exploring Gen Z and Millennials’ mindsets and found that many young people are living in a limbo created by COVID-19. They’re still craving the experiences they’ve been missing out on for so long, but also have adjusted in many ways to their new, much-closer-to-home normal. The reality is that some things will never return to the way they were, and they don’t want to go back to everything they left behind.
