Some Gen Z workers are opting out of leadership roles at work.

Some Gen Z workers are opting out of leadership roles at work. According to the CEO of Enpulse, only around 6% of Gen Z say they want to take on senior management roles. Much of that hesitation comes down to what they’ve seen the job become: more responsibility, bigger teams, and higher expectations. And in Gen Z’s eyes, leadership is looking a lot more like an overwhelming workload—and they’re known for prioritizing their work-life balance! In Europe, that could compound the issues caused by an already shrinking workforce and lead to difficulties in maintaining the efficiency of companies. (Euronews)
