Which gen is most stressed at work depends on who you ask. According to new research from GRiD, employers believe that stress and anxiety linked to home life (42%) and to finances (43%) impact Millennials more than Baby Boomers, Gen X, or Gen Z. But when workers were asked about their own stress levels, Gen Z workers said they were more affected than other gens. And despite the difference in perception, employers showed slightly more concern about Gen Z (42%) than Millennials (41%) dealing with this. (Insurance Business Mag)
