Gen Z is the age group least willing to date someone with different politics. According to a new Lovehoney survey, just 14% of 18-24-year-olds in the U.K. say they would “definitely” date someone with opposing political views. Millennial men were the most open (35%) to dating across political lines. Among Gen Z, women were the least flexible group, with 13% saying they would, but twice as many (26%) say they would “definitely not” date someone with differing views. For a gen that already views dating as uncomfortable or awkward, a political mismatch is not just a minor question of compatibility, but a total dealbreaker. (Global Dating Insights)
