Spanish Gen Z picked jobs based on availability, and many regret it now. According to Randstad Spain, 34.6% of Gen Z professionals say they regret entering their current sector or industry, at a much higher rate than Millennials (26.4%), Gen X (22.8%), or Boomers (13.75%). Many feel they’re stuck: 41% say they simply don’t have time to look for something new. Adding to the frustration, 49% find job posting requirements unrealistic, suggesting companies need to rethink how they communicate what they actually need from candidates and what they expect at entry- to mid-level. Now, both workers and employers are feeling frustrated with a mismatch nobody knows how to fix for both sides. (Staffing Industry Analysts)
