K-pop group BTS is back at McDonald’s as Happy Meal mini figurines. Remember the viral BTS meal way back in 2021? Well, fans have been eagerly awaiting the group’s return to music after leaving for mandatory military service two years ago, and now that the time has finally come, the collabs are rolling out. To celebrate the new album and 2026 tour dates dropping soon, McDonald’s is releasing TinyTAN Happy Meals featuring mini versions of the seven BTS members. Plus, customers will receive not one, but two tiny toys in their Happy Meal box—appealing to young consumers love for collecting and, of course, their obsession with minis. K-pop is having a cultural moment between the return of this group and Netflix’s hit KPop Demon Hunters, and it’s certainly lead by Gen Z and Millennials. (Today)
