TikTok’s is launching another campaign for teens’ mental health.With 30% of 13-17-year-olds reporting social media fatigue, according to YPulse, the platform is rolling out new tools and initiatives to encourage better digital habits and improve emotional well-being. The platform has donated $2.3M in ad credits to mental health organizations around the world, helping groups like Crisis Text Line, Active Minds, and The National Alliance for Eating Disorders reach wider audiences with vital resources and support. The app is also introducing a new “Meditation in Sleep Hours” feature for users under 18-years-old, which interrupts late-night scrolling with guided meditations, giving teens a moment to disconnect before bed.
