Experts say this hyper-feminine aesthetic might reflect broader cultural shifts during a “regression period” in women’s advancement, while offering a “calming, serene aesthetic” amid cultural uncertainty. The trend has even made a surprising jump into nightlife, with some young women ditching tight club outfits for these flowing dresses.
