TikTok is full of creators showing off their craft skills, whether it’s knitting a sweater, learning to play mahjong, or starting their own garden. (You know, the stuff older gens might have viewed as boring in their twenties.) But these activities have become more than just a way to pass the time, they’re giving younger generations a chance to slow down and take a break from excessive doomscrolling.
