But these buzzwords aren’t totally accurate. Gen Z simply rejects workplaces that lack fairness, transparency about salary, company ethics, and mental health support. They want leaders who provide clear expectations, show kindness, and treat everyone equally. When companies get this right, Gen Z tends to stick around and thrive in their positions.
