Gen Z’s employers need to foster a sense of inclusion, belonging, and safety in the workplace—and not just during Pride Month. By providing peer support and networking opportunities, as well as creating safe spaces for feedback and problem-solving, employers can significantly enhance young employees’ sense of belonging. “Warmline” programs, which allow employees to seek support or give feedback anonymously, effectively amplify worker voices without the fear of exposure.
