Gen Z plans to retire in their early 50s—idealistically. YPulse has long told you Gen Z prioritizes a healthy work / life balance, but part of that may be finishing their office life as soon as possible. A study from Empower shows Gen Z 18+ plan on retiring at the age of 53, almost an entire 10 years earlier than the average retirement age throughout all generations. YPulse data shows retirement benefits are a top priority for young consumers. (MoneyWise)
