Scout is a new app helping Gen Z invest in their favorite things. YPulse’s Fintech report data shows that Gen Z wants educational mobile tools the most from financial investment companies—and while most of this gen hasn’t dipped their feet in investing yet, they’re definitely interested and eager to learn more. Scout is set on doing just that with a mobile app geared towards making investing easier, fun, less intimidating, and more educational. Scout does this by giving users a way to invest in the categories that interest them the most with 15 “Scout Themes” like, “I Love College,” focused on food and alcohol; “Love of the Game,” focused on video gaming; and “So Glamorous,” focused on luxury apparel.
